The only way I can get G2 eats veggies without complaining is when I cook the omelette right.

Spinach Omelette

Maklum kalau bangun kepagian, kadang otak belum tokcer, masak juga tergantung mood.

Ingredients:

  • Spinach 2 cups (only the leaves), cut roughly
  • 3 crushed garlic
  • Whatever grated cheese available (currently: gouda)
  • Salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar
  • 1 tomato, slice in circles (currently: 5 cherry tomatoes)
  • 5-8 eggs depending on the size (currently 7 small kampong chicken eggs)

Methods:

  1. Stir fry the garlic, add in spinach, tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put it in a big bowl. Add eggs. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, cheese. Mix well.
  3. Fry the omellete with medium heat so it won’t break. Be patient.
